ECF Nos. 16 (“Wells Fargo Mot.”), 17 (“WT Mot.”). Defendants Browning Law Group APC and Yvonne Ramirez-Browning join in Wells Fargo’s motion. ECF No. 18. Plaintiffs filed an opposition.
