18 The Court entered default judgment against Defendants, and on July 13, 2018, issued an injunction against them. Defendant Duke Minh Le moved to set aside the default judgment, which the Court denied. Plaintiff Left Coast Wrestling also filed a motion (Docket no. 68) to hold Defendants and certain of their agents in contempt for violating the injunction. The Court referred that motion to Magistrate Judge Nita Stormes for a report and recommendation.
