23 On July 17, 2019, the magistrate judge issued a report and recommendation (“R&R”) 24 recommending that the Court summarily enforce the settlement agreement entered between 25 Plaintiff Charbel Maksoud and Defendant Philippe Guelton, and enter final judgment. 26 (Doc.
