Plaintiff Spice Jazz LLC was once a successful multi-level marketing operation with profits in the millions of dollars. (First Amended Complaint, “FAC,” ECF No. 10, ¶¶ 1, 3.) Plaintiff is now bankrupt, and in a nutshell, it alleges this downfall occurred as a result of the actions of Colleen Walters and Defendant Youngevity International, Inc. Plaintiff has filed a complaint against Youngevity as well as Plaintiff’s former employee Bianca Reyne Djafar-Zade. Youngevity moved to dismiss the complaint. (“Mot.,” ECF No. 13.)
