17 I. INTRODUCTION Plaintiff David Rademaker, a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, brought this action pursuant to the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1983. (ECF Nos. 1, 4.) Plaintiff’s complaint alleges that various staff members at the Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility violated his First Amendment right to free exercise of religion by failing to provide him with an adequate kosher diet. (See ECF No. 1.) Presently before the Court is Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment. (ECF No. 43.) Plaintiff opposes Defendants’ motion. (ECF No. 62.)
