Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant Capitol Specialty Insurance 23 Corporation ("Capitol") and Defendant/Counterclaimant/Cross-Claimant AmTrust 24 International Underwriters Limited ("AmTrust," collectively "Insurers") each filed 25 an opposition.
