19 On March 11, 2019, Gregory Strunk (“Petitioner”), a state prisoner proceeding pro 20 se, filed an amended petition for writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. (Doc. No. 21 15.) On May 9, 2019, Respondent filed an answer to the petition (Doc. No. 19), and on 22 September 9, 2019, Petitioner filed a traverse. (Doc. No. 28.)
