Plaintiffs, MOTION TO DISMISS (Doc. No. 3) v. 13 ACH FOOD COMPANIES, INC., a 14 Delaware Corporation; and DOES 1 through 10, inclusive, Defendants. 17 INTRODUCTION Pending before the Court is Defendant ACH Food Companies, Inc.’s (“Defendant”) motion to dismiss Plaintiff Anthony Buso’s (“Plaintiff”) complaint. See Doc. No. 3. Plaintiff filed a response to Defendant’s motion and Defendant filed a reply brief. See Doc. No. 7, 8. Having carefully considered the pleadings in this action, and for the reasons set forth below, the Court hereby GRANTS Defendant’s motion to dismiss.
