See Doc. No. 4. On April 2, 2020, Plaintiff filed an ex parte motion for leave to file a Second Amended Complaint, which the Court granted. See Doc. Nos. 5, 6. On April 15, 2020, Plaintiff filed an ex parte motion for leave to file a Third Amended Complaint, which the Court granted. See Doc. Nos. 8, 9.
