23 The Court held a hearing on July 20, 2020 to address Plaintiff Save the Park and Build the School’s (“Save the Park”) Ex Parte Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Order to Show Cause re Preliminary Injunction, Dkt. 9, which the Court construed as a motion for preliminary injunction. Dkt. 10. After 28 hearing fully from counsel for the parties, the Court orally issued its decision granting the injunction temporarily. This Order memorializes that ruling. …
