19 This case comes before the Court on Plaintiff’s motion to stay pending a decision by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (“JPML”) on a motion to transfer pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1407. Defendants filed an opposition to the motion and Plaintiff filed a reply. For the reasons set out below, the court grants the motion. I.
