No. 4] 15 DANTE, LLC dba Chula Vista Brewery, 16 Defendants. 17 This matter is before the Court on the Defendants’ partial motion to dismiss Plaintiff’s claims for conversion and for violation of California’s Unfair Competition Law (“UCL”), California Business and Professions Code § 17200 et seq. The motion has been fully briefed, and the Court deems it suitable for submission without oral argument. The motion is denied. I. Background According to the complaint, pursuant to contract, Plaintiff G & G Closed Circuit Events, LLC (“G&G”) held the exclusive nationwide distribution (closed-circuit) rights to the Gennady Golovkin v.
