Defendant filed an 21 opposition on June 5, 2020. (Dkt. No. 351.) Plaintiff filed a reply on June 12, 2020. 22 (Dkt. No. 352.) The Court finds that the matter is appropriate for decision without oral 23 argument pursuant to Local Civ. R. 7.1(d)(1).
