17 In this insurance case, Plaintiff alleges claims for breach of contract and breach of covenant of good faith and fair dealing and seeks declaratory relief and to recover the costs incurred for defense counsel’s services arising from two underlying litigations covered by insurance policies issued by Defendant or its agents. Plaintiff additionally seeks to recover damages for bad faith such as attorney fees required to prosecute this action. Plaintiff seeks to depose Melinda Margolies, an attorney who works at the same law firm that represents the defendant in this case.
