Background 26 Plaintiff MS Amlin Corporate Member, Ltd. as sole corporate member of 27 Syndicate 2001 (“MS Amlin” or “Plaintiff”) issued a Professional Liability Policy No. 28 SYN-109633 (“Policy”) to Defendant Bottini & Bottini, Inc. (“Bottini & Bottini”) effective October 1, 2018 to October 1, 2019. (Dkt. No. 1, Compl. ¶ 40; Dkt. No. 1-2, Compl. Ex 1.) Defendant Frank1 Bottini, Esq. (“Mr. Bottini”) is an attorney specializing in prosecuting class actions and is the owner of and employed by Defendant Bottini & Bottini. (collectively “Defendants”). (Dkt. No. 1, Compl. ¶¶ 4, 5.)
