17 The Court previously granted a motion for preliminary approval of the parties' 18 Class Action Settlement in this matter on May 27, 2020. (ECF No. 43.) As directed 19 by the Court's preliminary approval order, Plaintiffs filed their unopposed motion 20 for final settlement approval and motion for attorneys’ fees and costs. (ECF Nos. 21 46, 48.) The Court held a hearing on October 21, 2020. (ECF No. 52.) 22 Having considered the motion briefing, the terms of the Settlement 23 Agreement, the lack of any objections, the arguments of counsel, and the other 24 matters on file in this action, the Court GRANTS the motions for final approval and 25 attorneys’ fees and costs.
