(ECF No. 15). 21 I. BACKGROUND 22 On December 10, 2019, Plaintiff The Crosby Estate at Rancho Santa Fe Master 23 Association (“The Crosby”) filed a Complaint against Defendant Ironshore Specialty 24 Insurance Company (“Ironshore”). (ECF No. 1). In the Complaint, The Crosby alleges that 25 it is insured under a policy issued by Ironshore. The Crosby alleges that it was sued in 2018 26 by a neighboring community homeowners’ association and “tendered the defense of that 27 lawsuit to Ironshore . . . .” (Id. ¶ 2).
