Before the Court is defendants’ Motion for Reimbursement of Reasonable Expenses Incurred (the “Motion” or “Mot.”), in which defendants request reimbursement of their expenses incurred in successfully moving to compel discovery from plaintiff Gopher Media, LLC (“plaintiff” or “Gopher Media”).
