18 19 Before the Court is the parties’ Joint Motion for Determination of Discovery Dispute, in which defendant AT&T Mobility Services, LLC (“defendant” or “AT&T”) moves to compel plaintiff Steve Romano (“plaintiff”) to provide further responses to written discovery requests (the “Motion to Compel” or “Mot.”). Doc. No. 22. For the reasons set forth below, the Court GRANTS defendant’s Motion to Compel. I.
