For the reasons set forth below, the Court DENIES Plaintiff’s Motion as untimely. I. RELEVANT BACKGROUND On April 6, 2020, the Court issued a Scheduling Order which set September 4, 2020 as the deadline for completing fact discovery. ECF No. 12. On September 21, 2020, the parties filed a joint motion to amend the Scheduling Order. ECF No. 17.
