17 This matter comes before the Court on the parties’ Joint Motion for Resolution of Discovery Dispute (the “Joint Motion”). ECF No. 106. The parties seek resolution of their dispute regarding the privilege log Plaintiff Orthopaedic Hospital (“Plaintiff”) served on Defendants DJO Global, Inc. and DJO Finance, LLC (“Defendants” or “DJO”). I.
