They ask the Court to continue their deadlines to bring a motion to compel and the deadline for filing pretrial motions by approximately thirty days. (Id. at 1-2.) In support, the parties state that Plaintiff is housed in Administrative Segregation, has minimal library access, and is scheduled to be transferred to a different prison. (Id. at 1.)
