Before the Court is the parties’ Joint Motion for Extension of Time to Raise Discovery Disputes (“Joint Motion” or “Jt. Mot.”). Doc. No. 181. In the Joint Motion, the parties request the Court’s guidance on four “threshold” discovery issues. Jt. Mot. at 2. The parties “agree that resolution of these threshold issues will allow them to promptly clarify and resolve their remaining disputes” regarding defendants’ responses to plaintiffs’ First Set of Requests for Production (the “RFPs”).
