16 This Report and Recommendation is submitted to United States District Judge Michael M. Anello pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1) and Local Civil Rule 72.1(c) of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Sarah Anne P. (“Plaintiff”) filed this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for judicial review of the final administrative decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“Commissioner”) denying Plaintiff’s application for a period of disability and disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act (“Act”). (AR at 20- 26 34, 305-06). For the reasons expressed herein, the Court RECOMMENDS Plaintiff’s Merits Brief be GRANTED and the case be REMANDED for…
