19 The parties’ joint motion to continue the Early Neutral Evaluation (“ENE”), Case 20 Management Conference (“CMC”), and related dates is GRANTED. The February 23, 21 2021 Order setting these dates is VACATED. However, should the case not settle, this case 22 will be subject to an accelerated discovery schedule.
