[Doc. Nos. 15 and 16.] On December 29, 2020, Defendants Shoot for the Moon Sales Consultants, LLC and Dennis Conklin, individually, dba Windermere Cocoa Beach and Walt Disney Realty, and as trustee of Shoot for the Moon DBPP (“SFTM Defendants”) also filed a motion to dismiss the complaint.
