No. 30) and Defendants’ Cross Motions for Summary Judgment or in the Alternative, Summary Adjudication of Issues (Doc. Nos. 31, 32, 33). The motions have been fully briefed and the court finds them suitable for determination on the papers submitted and without oral argument in accordance with Civil Local Rule 7.1(d)(1). For the reasons set forth below, Outfront’s motion is denied, and Defendants’ motions are granted-in-part. I. BACKGROUND A.
