(Doc. No. 15.) The motion is opposed by Plaintiff Zions Bancorporation, N.A. d/b/a California Bank & Trust (“Plaintiff CB&T”). (Doc. No. 19.) Defendant JPMC replied. (Doc. No. 20.)
