19 Before the Court is Defendant Diomics Corporation and Defendant Anthony Zolezzi’s (“Defendant Diomics” and “Defendant Zolezzi”) motion to dismiss, (Doc. No. 8), Plaintiff Applied Biological Laboratories, Inc.’s (“Plaintiff”) Complaint. (Doc. No. 1.) In the alternative, Defendants moves for a more definite statement. (Doc. No. 8.) Plaintiff opposed the motions, (Doc. No. 10), and Defendants replied. (Doc. No. 11.)
