16 Plaintiff and Counter-Defendant EpicentRx, Inc. (“EpicentRx”) filed suit against Defendant and Counter-Plaintiff Dr. Corey A. Carter (“Dr. Carter”) for claims related to his alleged misconduct while employed as the CEO of EpicentRx. Dr. Carter retained attorneys Guy A. Ricciardulli and Donald R. McKillop and their respective law firms (“Defense Counsel”) to defend him in this matter.
