19 Before the Court is Defendant’s Motion for Determination of Discovery Dispute 20 No. 2, wherein Defendant seeks to compel Plaintiff to respond to a single Request for 21 Production (“RFP”).1 ECF No. 24. After due consideration and for the reasons set forth 22 below, the Court GRANTS Defendant’s motion to compel. 23 // 24 25
