17 Presently before the Court is Plaintiff Giavanni Baumanns’s Request for Judicial Notice (“RJN,” ECF No. 8-3) and Motion to Remand (“Mot.,” ECF No. 8-2). Also before the Court are Defendant FCA US, LLC’s Opposition to (“Opp’n,” ECF No. 11) and Plaintiff’s Reply in Support of (“Reply,” ECF No. 12) Plaintiff’s Motion. The Court took this matter under submission without oral argument pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7.1(d)(1). ECF No. 13.
