17 18 Defendant and Counter Claimant Spectrum Solutions L.L.C. (“Spectrum”) moves the Court for an order compelling Plaintiff and Counter Defendant DNA Genotek Inc. (“Genotek”) to produce arbitration documents and document retention policies. ECF No. 46. Genotek, in turn, moves to compel Spectrum to produce financial information, valuation documents, and documents about manufacturing location and labeling. ECF No. 51. Both parties filed responses in opposition [ECF Nos. 55, 56] and replies [ECF Nos. 58, 60]. For the below reasons, Spectrum’s Motion to Compel [ECF No. 46] is GRANTED.
