22 Before the Court is the Joint Motion for Resolution of Discovery Dispute filed by Plaintiffs and Defendants Suavei, Inc. and Afonso Infante (“Defendants”). ECF No. 58. I. BACKGROUND The parties to the Joint Motion seek court intervention in a discovery dispute regarding certain third-party document subpoenas that Plaintiffs served on TD Ameritrade, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, E*Trade Financial Holdings, and Formula Funding, which command the banks to produce documents related to Defendants’ accounts at each bank.
