Plaintiff Parkside/El Centro Homeowners Association (“Parkside” or “HOA”) filed 22 an opposition [ECF No. 73], and Travelers filed a reply [ECF No. 75]. For the reasons 23 set forth below, Travelers’ motion is GRANTED. 24 I.
