INTRODUCTION On August 3, 2020, Plaintiff Timothy Roger Black (“Plaintiff” or “Claimant”) filed his Complaint seeking judicial review of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration’s (“Defendant” or “Commissioner”) denial of his disability insurance benefits under the Social Security Act.
