Plaintiff seeks a Court order holding Defendants1 in contempt for their violation of the Court’s November 2, 2020 Order granting, inter alia, permanent injunctive relief to Plaintiff and prohibiting Defendants from continuing to sell infringing products. (ECF No. 146-1 at 2.) Defendants oppose Plaintiff’s motion on the grounds that no defendant violated the permanent injunction, the products were obtained genuinely, and an order of contempt would not serve a compensatory or coercive purpose.
