Presently before the Court is the Parties’ Joint Motion for Approval of FLSA Settlement (“Joint Mot.,” ECF No. 7). Also before the Court is the Declaration of John P. Kristensen in Support of the Joint Motion (“Kristensen Decl.,” ECF No. 7-1). After reviewing the Settlement Agreement (Kristensen Decl.
