19 On May 13, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Motion requesting to continue the dates 20 and deadlines in the Court’s Order setting the Early Neutral Evaluation Conference and 21 Case Management Conference (“ENE/CMC”). (ECF No. 10.) The parties represented that 22 Defendant’s settlement representative “is scheduled to be on vacation during the weeks of 23 August 15, 2022 and August 22, 2022” and that Defendant’s lead counsel “is scheduled to 24 commence trial in the USDC, Northern District of California on August 22, 2022” which 25 is expected to last four days.
