Defendants CoreCivic of Tennessee, LLC; Corecivic, LLC; and CoreCivic, Inc. (collectively “CoreCivic”) filed an opposition on April 28, 2022 [ECF No. 27]. Plaintiff filed a reply on May 5, 2022 [ECF No. 28]. For the reasons discussed below, Plaintiff’s motion is DENIED. I.
