22 Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs Property West, Inc., Juan Maciel, Laura Rabago, Irma Conde, Adrianna Garcia, and Alejandra Lopez’ (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) Motion to Remand this case to the San Diego Superior Court. (Mot. [Doc. 7].) Plaintiffs also request $22,089.25 in attorneys’ fees that were incurred due to the removal. (Reply [Doc. 13] at 10.) Defendant Kinsale Insurance Company opposes both requests.
