On October 4, 2021, Plaintiffs 22 requested that the Clerk of the Court enter default against Siderman pursuant to Fed. R. 23 Civ. P. 55(a). (Doc. No. 32.) On July 29, 2022, the Clerk entered default as to Siderman. 24 Plaintiffs’ request suggests that Plaintiffs are also seeking the Clerk’s entry of default 25 judgment pursuant to Fed. R. Civ.
