20 Before the Court is Defendant Amentum Services, Inc.’s (“Defendant”) motion for 21 reconsideration of this Court’s Order granting Plaintiff Stephen V. Weaver’s (“Plaintiff”) 22 motion to remand and denying as moot Defendant’s motion to dismiss. (Doc. No. 16.) Also 23 before the Court is Defendant’s request for judicial notice. (Doc. No. 16-3.) Plaintiff filed 24 a response, to which Defendant replied. (Doc. Nos. 18, 19.) For the reasons set forth, the 25 Court GRANTS Defendant’s request for judicial notice and DENIES Defendant’s motion 26 for reconsideration. 27 /// 28 I.
