19 Presently before the Court is the parties’ Joint Motion for Judicial Review of 20 Plaintiff Sandra S.’s (“Plaintiff”) request that the Court review the Commissioner’s denial 21 of her claim for disability benefits. (Doc. No. 17.) The Court referred the matter to 22 Magistrate Judge Mitchell D. Dembin for a Report and Recommendation (“R&R”).
