(“Plaintiff”) filed this action on March 8, 2021, seeking review of the Commissioner of Social Security’s (“Commissioner”) denial of her application for Supplemental Social Security Income. ECF No. 1. The parties consented to proceed before a Magistrate Judge on March 12, 2021. ECF No. 7; General Order 707 (S.D. Cal. Apr. 12, 2019). Pursuant to the Court’s Order, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Judicial Review on March 10, 2022, stating their positions on the disputed issue in the case. ECF No. 16.
