(“Plaintiff”) filed a Complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g) seeking judicial review of a decision by the Commissioner of Social Security (“Defendant”) denying Plaintiff’s application for disability insurance benefits. (ECF No. 1.) Based on all parties’ consent, (see ECF Nos. 3, 5, docket), this case is before the undersigned as presiding judge for all purposes, including entry of final judgment.
