[ECF Nos. 59, 65] Pending before the Court is LGH Investments, LLC, and Lucas Hoppel’s (“Defendants”) motion for attorney’s fees and costs, (ECF No. 59), and Social Life Network, Inc.’s (“Plaintiff”) motion for leave to file a sur-reply in connection with Defendants’ motion, (ECF No. 65). The Court decides the matter on the papers submitted and without oral argument. See Civ. L. R. 7.1(d.1). For the reasons stated below, the Court denies the motion for attorney’s fees with leave to renew the motion and denies as moot the motion for leave to file a sur-reply. 26…
