19 On September 30, 2022, the Court held a Status Conference with the parties. See Doc. No. 266. At the conclusion of that Status Conference, and based on the representations of the parties made about the course of discovery, the Court ordered the parties to submit a Joint Status Report to “address[] the parties’ positions on modifying the operative Scheduling Order, including all reasons in support of any proposed modification.” Id. The parties filed a Joint Status Report on October 6, 2022, and an Update to that Report on October 19, 2022. Doc. Nos. 267, 269.
