18 [Doc. No. 4] 20 21 22 On May 19, 2022, Plaintiff Matthew Turner initiated an action in the Superior Court of California, County of Orange against Defendants Real Time Resolutions, Inc. (“RTR”), Specialized Loan Servicing, LLC (“SLS”), and Does 1–50. See Doc. No. 1-1 (“Compl.”). On August 1, 2022, SLS removed the action to this Court, see Doc. No. 1, and RTR joined in the removal, see Doc. No. 1-3. Both SLS and RTR now move to dismiss. See Doc. Nos. 3, 4. Both motions are fully briefed, see Doc. Nos. 5–7,…
