21 Before the Court is plaintiffs’ Ex Parte Petition for Approval of a Minor’s Compromise and for Approval of the Minor’s Trust (“Petition”). [Doc. No. 35.] The Petition is supported by counsel’s Declaration and eleven exhibits, including copies of the Settlement Agreements with the remaining defendants (“the proposed Settlement”) and the Settlement Preservation Trust instrument being created for the benefit of the minor (“the proposed Trust”).
